Offices at Colombia, N.L.: Consultancy service in legal, trade and systems: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Nuevo Laredo Offices: Accounting service in inquiry of balances and payments of fees (also you may check it by Internet): Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
External observer service in exports:
Monday – Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 04:00 p.m.
Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 03:00 p.m.		 Other administrative services, information of courses, workshops, seminars and events: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Customs

Service Office Hours:
A) IMPORT.
  • Vehicles which transport merchandise and empty ones:

From Monday thru Friday from 08:00 thru 22:30 hours; Saturday from 08:00 thru 16:00 hours and Sunday closed.

  • Virtuals, Legalizations, Regime Changes and Waivers:

From Monday thru Friday from 9:00 thru 15:00 hours.

Once served the virtual customs declarations, legalizations, regime changes and waivers, it will only be delivered to the authorized assigned person of the Customs Broker according to the following schedule:

Regarding to virtual operations corresponding to certified companies, they will b able to submit their procedures at Customs until the 17:00 hours.

B) EXPORT.

From Monday thru Friday from 8:00 thru 22:30 hours; Saturday from 08:00 thru 16:00 hours and Sunday from 08:00 thru 15:00 hours.

    • Empty cargo vehicles:

From Monday thru Friday from 08:00 thru 22:30 hours; Saturday from 08:00 thru 16:00 hours and Sunday from 08:00 thru 15:00 hours.

C) INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS (TOURISM)

Monday thru Sunday from 08:00 thru 24:00 hours.

D) SMALL IMPORTS.

From Monday thru Friday from 09:00 thru 20:00 hours; Saturday from 09:00 thru 16:00 hours and Sunday is closed.

E) CAMARON CHECKPOINT BOOTH.

24 hrs., from Monday thru Sunday.

F) PARTS OFFICE.

From Monday thru Friday from 09:00 thru 16:00 hours; Saturday and Sunday is closed.

The established schedules in the present list are subject to modifications regarding to official days, which it will be   informed in writing on time.

G) U-TURN LANE.

From Monday thru Friday from 10:00 thru 17:00 hours; Saturdays and Sundays is closed.
