ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS BY ASOCIACIÓN DE AGENTES ADUANALES DE COLOMBIA, NUEVO LEÓN, A.C. AS “B” MEMBER
By means of the present we inform you the enrollment requirements of this association as a “B” member in accordance with the provided on article 4 item a) of the current bylaws of this organization, starting from January 17, 2001. a) Written application at the secretary’s office of the association, original with handwritten signature stating the reasons why you wish to enroll; accepting without any reservation nor limitation these bylaws, its regulations, code of conduct and other rules governing this association, promising to fulfill them once you are accepted by the General Meeting, as well as to attach the following information:

Copy of your current customs license or authorization.

Copy of authorization to operate as customs broker at the Customs of Colombia, Nuevo Leon and your corresponding registration.

Proof of residence of the operating office within the national territory in a 75 Km. ratio from the Customs of Colombia, Nuevo Leon.

Proof of fiscal address, if other than the one indicated in the previous paragraph.

Letter from your assigned Association signed by the Chairman and Treasurer, indicating that such Association guarantees the ethical, moral and business behavior of the applicant and that your are up to date in the corporate fees of such Association. Also of CAAAREM.

Letter from your assigned Association indicating the registration fees collected from national customs brokers who wish to enroll to such Association, as well as the payments terms and conditions and other requirements demanded for your enrollment.

Copy of your CAAAREM card (omitted when regarding to a Customs attorney-in-fact).

Letter of each one of the Associations through which you operate indicating not owing anything with such Associations.

Letter of the company stating your commitment to respect and fulfill with the indicated in item a)(In case of being a Customs attorney-in-fact)

Copy of the Federal Taxpayers Registry and Articles of Incorporation of the company (if applicable)

Copy of the Federal Taxpayers Registry (R.F.C.) and Unique Population Registry Code (C.U.R.P.) of the Customs Broker and/or Customs Attorney-in-fact
The registration fee will not be refundable in no case once admitted as member, except in dissolution agreed in accordance with these bylaws. “B” members will only have the right to participate at the Meetings by speaking and being heard, but without a right to vote.
